2. About The Dog Rescue Project

The Dog Rescue Project is a registered charity based in New Zealand. Our purpose is to promote animal welfare and reduce harm to dogs through rescue, rehabilitation, advocacy, and education for public benefit.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our charitable purpose.

You must not:

  • Use this website in a way that breaches any law or regulation

  • Misrepresent The Dog Rescue Project or its activities

Unauthorised use may constitute trade mark infringement and/or passing off.

5. Use of Name and Logo

Our name and logo may only be used:

  • With prior written permission; and

  • In a way that supports or accurately references our charitable activities

Use of our name or logo must not:

  • Imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists

  • Be used for unauthorised fundraising or commercial activity

  • Mislead the public or damage trust in the charity sector

Approved use may be subject to a Logo Licence Agreement.

6. Donations and Fundraising

Donations made through this website support The Dog Rescue Project’s charitable purposes.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.

Any fundraising activity that uses our name, logo, or represents itself as supporting The Dog Rescue Project must be authorised in writing by us.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for information or convenience. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use any Content, name, logo, or branding in any manner that

(a) is misleading, deceptive, or likely to mislead or deceive;

(b) is defamatory or otherwise unlawful;

(c) implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent;

(d) damages or is likely to damage the reputation or goodwill of The Dog Rescue Project;

You may share publicly available content from this website on social media platforms only where:

  • the Content is unaltered and properly attributed to The Dog Rescue Project;
